STOCKHOLM - The parent of China’s Geely Automobile 0175.HK has secured financing to buy Ford-owned Volvo cars for about 15 billion Swedish crowns ($2.9 billion), a Swedish business daily reported on Wednesday.

Youngstown Mayor Heading To D.C. (WYTV Youngstown)

Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams and a handful of other local officials headed to the nation’s capitol Wednesday night for a meeting with members of the Obama administration. Williams said local officials were invited along with leaders from Cleveland, Detroit and Flint, Mich. All of them were impacted by the automobile industry.
